Terms and Conditions
Availability
The flowers shown on the website are subject to availability
and could be changed without notice. If your chosen bouquet
is not available, we will send out a similar bouquet of
the same or greater value.
Your order will be processed immediately and the e-mail
receipt represents a contract.
Flowers ordered for next working day delivery should be
ordered by 3pm on the working day prior to delivery.
Payment
Payment should be made on-line or over the telephone using
major credit cards or debit cards. For on-line orders, your
card details are encrypted before transmission.
Delivery
Our flowers are delivered by our own delivery vehicles
to all locations in Shropshire. Further afield our bouquets
are delivered by Parcel Force who guarantee next day delivery
to all locations in the UK excepting the Highlands and Islands
which is a two day service. Delivery is charge at £3.95
per bouquet. For nationwide deliveries on Sundays, Bank
holidays and the day following a bank holiday the delivery
date will automatically default to the next working day.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delay if there
is nobody at the delivery address, although we request that
the delivery leave the flowers in a safe place or with a
neighbour.
It is you responsibility to enter the correct delivery
details.
If, for whatever reason, we are unable to deliver your
bouquet at the time requested, we will contact you and offer
an alternative delivery time or full refund.
If, in the unlikely event that your flowers arrive damaged,
please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot
accept responsibility for claims made any later.
Guarantee
We guarantee your flowers for 5 days and ask that you follow
these simple care instructions as soon as you receive the
bouquet…
- Remove all packaging
- Cut the flower stems and remove any leaves that would
otherwise be below the vase water level
- Place the flowers in a clean vase or container, filled
with water and flower food provided
- Replace the water every 2 days
- Do not place your flowers in direct heat, draught or
near fruit
- Please contact us within 24 hours if you are not happy
with your flowers.
Cancellation
We will endeavour to cancel any order placed at your request,
however, if your order has already been processed and your
flowers despatched, we will be unable to cancel or amend.
Limitation of Liability
We cannot accept liability for any loss, direct or indirect,
loss of profit, business or enjoyment other than death or
personal injury resulting from our negligence |
