Welcome to Park Flowers
The first time that I ever gave anyone some flowers was on
Mothers Day 1974 when I emptied Mrs Haycock's garden of daffodils
and tulips.
The second time that I gave someone flowers was the day after
Mothers Day 1974 after Mrs Haycock had been for tea and recognised
her flowers on my mothers kitchen table!
The following year Mrs Johnson had a baby girl and all of
Silver Birch class clubbed together to buy her a big bunch
of pink tulips.
I've never stopped giving flowers ever since.
Now I'm a bit older and not in Mrs Johnsons class anymore;
I've got my very own flower shop and I buy flowers from all
over the world. Roses from South America, Proteas from South
Africa and Calla lilies from New Zealand and the is nothing
better that standing in the middle of the shop on a bright
Monday morning, surrounded by the most exquisite colours and
smells that fill my senses with pure pleasure.
Over the page I have put together a few bunches of my favourite
flowers for you to send anywhere in the country and I will
make sure that your personal message will be hand written
on a beautiful card.
I know that some of you may be fond of a particular flower
that I have not included in my range. Don't worry! Call me
or drop me a line and I will let you know if I can find it
for you.
Enjoy!
